Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced receptionist with at least 1 year veterinary experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker and strong communicator.
• Highly organized and proficient with computer skills.
• Self-starter with desire to advance knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the reception area and greet clients and patients, answering questions and triaging concerns.
• Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in/out clients and process payments; provide friendly emotional support as needed.
