MassVet in Landisville, PA is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the friendly first contact for clients and patients. You will manage check-in/check-out, help the medical team, and ensure a seamless visit.

This full-time front desk role requires warmth, organization, and strong communication as you handle phones, appointments, medical histories, and simple transactions while supporting a caring veterinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Review patient records for vaccine status and routine care needs.
• Communicate patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians.
• Assist with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in the practice management system.
