Central Animal Hospital of Stoneham, MA is seeking a Veterinary Care Coordinator Supervisor to lead our front desk team. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and partner with medical staff to ensure a smooth, compassionate client experience and efficient daily operations.

This role blends leadership with hands-on problem solving, coaching team members, guiding client conversations, and upholding high service standards across the hospital.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Degree in veterinary or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1-2+ years of veterinary experience.
• 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the front desk team with coaching and accountability.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure efficient appointment flow.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Address performance concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Audit end-of-day processes to ensure consistency across operations.
• Maintain and update training materials and SOPs.
• Champion high standards of client service and communication across the hospital.
