Formación

• Willingness to learn veterinary software systems, including ezyVet.
• Ability to work with both administrative and clinical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff.
• Educate clients on wellness, preventive care, and services.
• Process payments, prepare estimates, and maintain client accounts.
• Maintain electronic records using ezyVet and manage reception flow.
• Support room preparation and daily hospital organization.
• Assist with basic patient care under supervision as needed.
