The role emphasizes leadership, exceptional client service, and strong organizational skills in a busy veterinary setting. Day shifts, Mon-Fri with occasional weekend rotations are available. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Degree in veterinary or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1–2+ years of veterinary experience.
• 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Lead and support the reception team through coaching and accountability.
• Manage staff scheduling and appointment flow efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding and training.
• Address performance concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain training materials and SOPs; ensure client service standards.
