AmeriVet is seeking a Veterinary Care Coordinator (VCC) Supervisor for Central Animal Hospital of Stoneham, MA. This role leads the front desk team, elevates client experience, and ensures smooth operations in a busy hospital environment.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with doctors and technicians, and drive a culture of compassionate, professional client interactions while supporting growth and leadership development. Full-time, day shifts, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Degree in veterinary or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1-2+ years of veterinary experience preferred.
• 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front desk team through coaching and accountability.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure efficient appointment flow.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Audit end-of-day processes and maintain SOPs for consistency.
• Champion high standards of client service and communication.
