Qualifications

• Must have experience in a veterinary environment and understand clinical terminology.
• Applicants should demonstrate exceptional client service and clear communication.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to enforce company policies.
• Ability to work with other management team members and support staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, evaluating, and enforcing policies.
• Schedule care coordinators and provide backup as needed.
• Address client complaints and escalate to Hospital Manager as required.
• Manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions.
• Process refunds, returns, credits, and payment plans.
• Generate billing statements, assist with collections, and prepare end-of-month reports.
• Serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance.
• Perform other assigned tasks by the Manager.
