Petco Vetco Total Care hospital in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Concierge/Receptionist to provide outstanding client service. You will be the first and last contact for clients, manage calls, greet patients, and support the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.

A high school diploma and at least one year in a veterinary or customer-facing role are required. Strong communication, compassion, and computer skills are essential; training on our practice management

Qualifications

High school diploma is a requirement.
At least 1 year in veterinary practice or customer-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be compassionate and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Must have exceptional telephone and computer skills.
Preferred: Experience using a Practice Management System

Responsabilités

Answer the practice phone and route calls appropriately.
Maintain hospital appointment calendar and schedule appointments.
Greet visitors and clients by name and alert staff as needed.
Monitor wait times and assist during peak times or emergencies.
Ensure waiting area is clean and stocked, and assist with supplies.
Confirm appointments by client’s preferred communication method and make adjustments.
