Petco is seeking a Hospital Concierge to deliver exceptional customer care for our Vetco Total Care hospital clients. You will be the first and last contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth patient flow.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a veterinary setting or customer-facing role. The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and efficient scheduling in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in veterinary practice or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer practice phone and route calls.
• Manage hospital appointment calendar and online bookings.
• Greet clients and patients, monitor wait times and assist during busy periods.
• Assist in training new staff and share knowledge as required.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Confirm appointments via client’s preferred method (phone, email, text).
• Provide backup support to technical staff as needed.
