Job summary

World of Animals, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking a Client Services Representative on a part-time basis in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to clients and supporting doctors and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma, veterinary-related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers. Duties include front desk duties, clinic flow management, and handling payments and records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client services.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check patients in/out, schedule rechecks and sign visitors and vendors in.
• Know vaccination protocol and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee the clinic flow and assist with client in euthanasia paperwork and aftercare.
• Discuss payment options with clients and respond to client texts and emails.
• Process medication requests and manage client/doctor correspondence.
