Job summary

Hometown Animal Hospital & Dental Clinic is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle front-desk duties, check-in/out, and basic receptionist tasks. The role involves answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling, processing payments, and managing insurance claims.

No veterinary experience is required; training is provided. Applicants should have strong computer skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior phone or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or relevant work experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet clients and their pets
• Make outbound calls to clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Prepare forms and estimates for appointments
• Process payments, including cash, credit, and CareCredit
• Submit insurance claims and follow-up to ensure payments are received
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service
• Inform clients about products and services offered
