Job summary

World of Animals, Mayfair, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. You will provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds expectations, support the doctors and staff, and help ensure compassionate, efficient client care.

We are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of veterinary client services experience, plus strong communication skills and basic computer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in client services.
• At least 1 year working within a veterinary field is required.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check patients in/out, schedule rechecks, and sign visitors in.
• Know vaccination protocol and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee clinic flow.
• Assist with euthanasia paperwork and aftercare process.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Respond to client texts and emails, email medical records, process medication requests, distribute mail and correspondence.
• Maintain extension numbers to reach staff throughout the network.
• Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
