Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and exceptional customer service representative to join our growing team. We are a 24/7/365 hospital with decades of history in the Billings community.

You will greet clients, respond to questions, process incoming and outgoing patients, and handle billing and payments. You will answer phone calls, triage patient needs including emergencies, and schedule appointments. Mail and e-mail management is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and respond to questions; manage scheduling and triage needs.
• Process incoming/outgoing patients and handle billing and payments.
• Answer phone, email, and mail; document client data in management software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Ensure waiting area remains clean and organized.
