Job summary

Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our 24/7/365 hospital in Billings, Montana. You will greet clients, answer questions, schedule appointments, process payments, and manage mail and emails.

You’ll maintain client data in our practice management software and escalate complex matters to senior staff. The role requires a minimum of three years in customer service, weekend and evening availability,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Experience in medical or veterinary setting preferred.
• Ability to greet clients and respond to questions.
• Weekend and evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, respond to questions, process incoming and outgoing patients, and handle billing and payments.
• Answer phone calls, triage patient needs including emergent cases, and schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail.
• Monitor waiting area for cleanliness and maintain client information in the practice management system.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff and maintain accurate service data.
