Job summary

VCA Northwest Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be the face of the practice, greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and guiding pets to exam rooms.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to explain fees, process payments, and educate clients on pet care. Must be available Saturdays 7 am to 2 pm. Our AAHA-accredited hospital offers a supportive team and pet discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and answering telephones to assist clients and their pets.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and new client outreach.
• Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments.
• Recommending products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on general pet care and basic husbandry.
• Managing medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment.
