Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer telephones.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach.
• Explain and collect payments for services and products.
• Recommend products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general pet care and husbandry.
• Manage medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Keep the lounge and facility clean and organized.
