Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate. This role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and clear communication in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client service role.
• Veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background required.
• Excellent communication skills are expected.
