Job summary

Garden State Veterinary Services (GSVS) in Woodbridge, NJ, is hiring Veterinary Client Services - Front Desk to support a busy hospital. You will greet clients, check them in/out, book appointments, take payments, and answer busy phone lines. Veterinary experience is preferred, but we would happily train the right candidate in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 4pm - 12:30am or Tuesday-Saturday, 4pm - 12:30am. Pay: $18/hr - $23/hr.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client service role.
• Veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication and phone handling skills.
• Ability to enter data accurately and handle deposits.
• Empathy, discretion, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check them in/out.
• Book appointments and process payments.
• Answer multiple phone lines in a busy front desk.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate client records and schedules.
