Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client service role in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer background and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth flow.
• Take payments, process deposits, and answer busy phone lines.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide exceptional customer service.
