The Whole Pet Vet Hospital & Wellness Center in Los Gatos, CA is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client experiences, manage appointments, and support daily patient flow. You will handle multi-line phones, in-person interactions, and process transactions with compassion and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment, with emphasis on Fear Free handling and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience required.
• Fear Free Certification or willingness to become certified.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
