• Technologically proficient with veterinary or medical record keeping software and digital communication tools.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment.
