You will manage appointments, handle multi-line phones, assist clients, and support the team in delivering compassionate care for dogs and cats.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist front-desk experience required.
• Proficiency with a multi-line phone system and client interactions.
• Experience scheduling and calendar coordination preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and manage front-desk interactions in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
