Qualifications

• Experience as veterinary receptionist or healthcare front desk is required.
• Proficiency with a multi-line phone system and in-person client interactions.
• Experience using veterinary practice management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.
