• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Cornerstone, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and teamwork; able to stay calm during busy periods.
