As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets while building trust and confidence in our veterinary team. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments efficiently, maintain smooth front desk operations, and provide administrative support to veterinarians and technicians. Success in this position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.

Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
A calm, professional demeanor during busy or stressful situations.

The ability to collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, kennel staff, and fellow Client Service Representatives.
Prior veterinary or animal‑related experience is preferred.

Enjoys staying busy and continuously learning.
Is adaptable, organized, and motivated to contribute to a supportive team environment.
Finds fulfillment in being part of something bigger than a traditional front desk role.
