Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Griffin, GA. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, check clients in/out, and assist with records and payments in a busy veterinary reception.

The role requires comfort with animals, reliable attendance on scheduled weekdays, and occasional Saturdays. Training in veterinary software is provided; AmeriVet supports growth and a friendly, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or veterinary experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working with animals and their owners.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software.
• Experience using ezyVet is a plus.
• Professional and compassionate when handling difficult situations.
• Availability to work scheduled weekdays and rotating Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow.
• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
• Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records.
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
• Assist with prescription and medical-record requests.
• Handle sensitive or emotional situations with patience and compassion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.
