Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.

• Check in/out clients and maintain accurate records.
• Process payments and assist with transactions.
• Manage emails, reminders, and other admin tasks.
• Support front-office operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to assist in workflow.
