AmeriVet is seeking a personable Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact in our Valdosta clinic. You will handle phones, greet clients, manage appointments, and support staff to ensure a smooth daily flow.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Veterinary EMR systems (Avimark, Cornerstone) preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, appointments, client education, and lobby triage to maintain efficient daily workflow.
• Operate multi-line phone system, answer calls, transfer, and route messages.
• Remain empathetic and calm with clients, especially during emergencies.
• Accept payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Update and maintain client and pet records; assist with administrative tasks.
• Complete all tasks as assigned by supervisors.
