Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients at the hospital reception.
• Triage client concerns and direct to the appropriate party for resolution.
• Answer calls or emails and schedule appointments for daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide friendly emotional support during times of need to clients.
