Job summary

Farmington Veterinary Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, seeks a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients and pets warmly, answer inquiries, and manage scheduling. You will support the veterinary team, maintain patient records, and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused front desk.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and prior customer service experience; veterinary or medical background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience REQUIRED.
• Experience in veterinary or human medicine is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and compassion.
• Answer phones, emails and non-medical inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and send/resent reminders.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Keep front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms clean.
• Review charges at checkout and reconcile cash drawer.
• Support teammates and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
