You will support veterinary staff with records, communication, and front desk duties, contributing to compassionate pet care and a positive client experience. Experience in veterinary front desk is preferred, with growth opportunities within Thrive’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide accurate invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date client and patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients to relay important medical and care information.
• Assist with front desk operations including filing, restocking, and maintaining a clean lobby.
• Provide empathetic and calm support during urgent or emotional situations.
• Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
