Farmington Veterinary Clinic in Farmington, AR, is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Thrive Pet Healthcare partner team. This full-time front desk role focuses on warm client interactions, pet care support, and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will greet clients and their pets, answer non-medical inquiries, and maintain accurate client/patient records while upholding a clean reception area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience REQUIRED
• Previous customer service experience in veterinary medicine/human medicine highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and compassion
• Answering phones, emails and non-medical inquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating appointment reminders and rescheduling missed appointments
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information
• Keeping the front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms clean
• Reviewing charges at checkout and reconciling the cash drawer accurately
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
