Job summary

Thrive Pet Healthcare in Rochester, NY is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, enter medical records, and process payments. The role is full-time with 30-40 hours weekly and may include weekends and holidays.

We seek an upbeat, self-starter with a passion for excellent customer service. Team members enjoy a welcoming environment and clinical support tools to assist client education and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, however not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Enter client/patient information and maintain medical records in information systems.
• Process client payments and invoices.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; dispense pharmaceuticals as needed.
