Holland Veterinary Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join our team. You will provide exemplary customer service, manage the lobby, schedule appointments, and support the hospital during high-stress moments.

The ideal candidate offers strong customer service experience and is comfortable in a fast-paced veterinary setting. This is a full-time, in-person role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 18+ years of age required.
• Strong customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments.
• Handle basic pet-related emergencies for pets and owners with safety in mind.
• Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and explain services and products.
• Enter and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
