East Holland Veterinary Clinic invites a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. We are a family-owned, community-focused practice serving Holland since 1977, seeking a reliable, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.

You will greet clients, schedule appointments, educate on services, and help maintain a welcoming lobby. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; paid time off and growth opportunities are offered

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Calm and confident under pressure; able to juggle tasks comfortably.
• Customer service experience required; veterinary experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and professionally in person, by phone, and by email
• Accurately schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
• Provide education and guidance to clients about services, preventive care, and clinic policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with technicians, assistants, and doctors
• Anticipate needs and step in wherever support is needed
