Responsibilities

• Provide information about veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding, and retail offerings.
• Welcome pets and their parents and ensure smooth check-in.
• Handle calls, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and welcoming environment.
• Assist in providing proper care, including food, water, and enrichment.
