Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing patients and payments.
• Answer phone calls, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail.
• Monitor client waiting area for cleanliness and comfort.
• Document and maintain client information and service data in the practice management software.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
