Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments.
• Greet clients and patients and make them feel welcome.
• Manage calls and schedule appointments for optimal care.
• Promote Care Companion Plans and preventive care options.
• Perform weekly reminder calls to book appointments.
• Handle cashier duties and reconcile cash daily.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and smooth phone-to-care transitions.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to improve client flow and experience.
