Job summary

Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to drive the Vet BU strategy in the Denver West, CO region. This field-based role requires living in the territory and regular travel to clinics to deliver data-driven sales presentations and build key relationships.

You will translate product knowledge into opportunities, develop territory plans, and collaborate across teams to meet business goals. Expect a competitive compensation package and a company vehicle where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience with veterinary clinics preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Overnight travel 20-30%+

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, and data into business opportunities
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers
• Deliver data-driven presentations for veterinary staff
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet shared objectives
• Build partnerships to achieve sales goals
• Execute the Veterinary BU sales strategy
• Work in a cross-functional, fluid environment
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies
• Manage expenses and CRM reporting accurately
