Job summary

Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to drive Vet BU strategy across a defined territory in the Philadelphia area. This field-based role requires living within the territory, with travel 20–30% and occasional weekends for conferences.

You will build clinic partnerships, translate data into opportunities, and present to veterinary staff to grow clinic engagement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) and veterinary clinic exposure, plus strong

Qualifications

2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
Veterinary clinic experience preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written)
Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record
Overnight travel required, ~20–30% travel

Responsibilities

Translate knowledge of products, categories, customers and clinic data into business opportunities.
Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics within geography
Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers
Deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff
Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales and Scientific Affairs to meet objectives
Build partnerships to meet shared goals and drive territory performance
Execute Veterinary BU sales strategy across the territory
Work in a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment
Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies as needed
Manage expenses and complete CRM/expense reports and presentations
