Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Veterinary Field Support Representative to partner with Field Sales and Customer Support to educate customers and maximize system performance. This field role visits veterinary clinics in the Denver region, travels up to 75% of the time, and works from a home-based office when not traveling.

You will install IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems, train clinic staff on best practices, and provide on-site technical troubleshooting to ensure customer success and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or leadership background, and/or Practice Manager experience, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 75% of the time (air and car) with 3-4 overnights per week.
• Visit customers daily and support customer events.
• Install IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems for customers in your area.
• Train veterinary clinic staff on best practices to maximize system performance.
• Provide onsite technical troubleshooting during critical visits.
• Manage your schedule to serve customer needs and your own professional development.
