Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Professional Services Veterinarian to consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols and promote IDEXX products, services, and testing. You will represent IDEXX to customers and academia and collaborate with the Sales team to provide medical support and training.

The role requires a DVM (board certification preferred), 5–8 years in the veterinary field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent.
• Advanced degree or board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols to promote growth and utilization of IDEXX products, services, and medical testing.
• Represent IDEXX to customers and academia, including hosting seminars and continuing education sessions for key influencers at Veterinary Hospitals and universities.
• Partner with Sales and internal IDEXX teams to provide medical support, technical training, and support for market trials.
• Create, review, and present technical medical materials and documents; contribute to marketing and field selling materials.
• Support IDEXX Training Department by creating materials and conducting training sessions.
