Job summary

VCA Animal Care Center is hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative to warmly greet clients, handle check-ins and scheduling, and clearly explain treatment costs. The on-site role focuses on nights and weekends with a weekend differential that increases hourly pay.

You’ll keep patient records up to date in our electronic systems, manage calls, texts, and emails, and bring calm, clear communication to a fast-paced clinic while delivering compassionate service to pets and their people.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, veterinary or medical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment while remaining professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and on the phone.
