Formación

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Comfortable performing front desk and reception duties in a busy veterinary hospital.
• Experience answering phones and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating client communication.
• Ability to process prescription refill requests accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable discussing preventative care products and pet food with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hospital software systems.

Responsabilidades
