This role delivers concierge-level client support from first contact through discharge, coordinating with veterinarians and medical staff to ensure clear, timely communication and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn veterinary terminology.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Internal Medicine email inbox, including technician inquiries, record requests, prescription needs, and medical updates.
• Coordinate specialized medication and treatment orders, including chronic disease management therapies and long-term prescriptions.
• Guide clients through complex treatment plans, including changes, home-care instructions, monitoring expectations, and disease management.
• Serve as the primary resource for client questions regarding Internal Medicine conditions and interpreting treatment protocols.
