Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in a professional manner.
• Answering and directing internal and external calls appropriately.
• Creating accurate day-to-day admitting information through hospital computer system.
• Resolving routine problems and complex situations using medical terminology, office practices and procedures, and established customer service principles.
• Maintaining safe and accurate money handling practices and abiding by all university privacy standards.
