MedVet in Ohio is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the first contact for clients and their pets. You greet and check-in, answer calls, escort to exam rooms, manage medical records and payments, and keep the lobby tidy with a compassionate, professional approach.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and data-entry skills, can multitask in a busy veterinary setting, and may have prior veterinary experience. Some hour flexibility required.

Qualifikationen

• Client interaction and appointment coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate hospital processes and medical records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
