Job summary

OSU-Stillwater is seeking a Campus Receptionist to greet clinic clients, admit/dismiss patients, and collect payments for services. You will schedule appointments, answer multi-line phones, and communicate messages to faculty and clinicians in a busy campus clinic environment.

Requires High School/GED and clerical/customer service experience; strong interpersonal skills and MS Office proficiency are essential for success. Regular hours Mon–Fri, on campus with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before start date).
• 1 year clerical/customer service experience; post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clinic clients and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Admit/dismiss patients and collect payments for services.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones; relay messages to faculty/clinicians.
• Explain payment policies and ensure deposits when charges exceed estimates.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic administrative duties.
