Job summary

Oklahoma State University is seeking a Vet Client Services Representative at OSU-Stillwater to greet clients, admit and dismiss patients, and collect payments for services. You will review charges, discuss payment policies, and collect deposits when estimates are exceeded.

You will schedule appointments, answer phones, and relay messages to faculty and clinicians. Cross-training covers reception duties in both small animal and large animal clinics, business office, and medical records; all other

Qualifications

High School/GED required; Vet Client Svc Rep I–Sr roles defined by experience in veterinary/medical offices.
Experience levels depend on role: I (1y), II (3y), III (5y with billing/cash handling), Sr (8y with NAVTA CVR).
Billing/cash handling experience prioritized for higher levels.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and admit/dismiss patients; collect payments for services.
Review charges and fee estimates; discuss payment policy with clients; collect deposits when needed.
Schedule appointments; answer phones; relay messages to faculty/clinicians.
Cross-train for reception duties in both small animal and large animal clinics, business office, and medical records.
All other duties as assigned to support client service operations.
