Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; start date must be conferred by start date.
• Vet Client Svc Rep I requires 1 year of veterinary/medical office experience.
• Vet Client Svc Rep II requires 3 years of veterinary or medical office experience and 1 year of billing/cash handling.
• Vet Client Svc Rep III requires 5 years in veterinary/medical office, 2 years in billing/cash handling, and completion of at least two customer service training courses.
• Vet Client Svc Rep Sr requires 8 years in veterinary/medical office, 4 years in billing/cash handling, two training courses, and NAVTA CVR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet clinic clients and admit/dismiss patients.
• Collect payments for services and handle deposits.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
• Communicate necessary messages to faculty/clinicians.
